Apartment Specification

All of the apartments are finished to a high standard with the following specification:

• Fitted and tiled bathroom including: bath and or shower, sink and toilet

• All internal walls will be plastered and painted. 

• The internal floors will be tile or laminate depending upon preference.

• All external windows will be fitted with PVC double glazing units. 

• All apartments will be fully plumbed

• Fully fitted kitchen( excluding white goods )

• All electrical fittings and switches will be supplied and fitted. 

• Electric water heaters

• Reinforced external doors

• Security lighting in common areas

• Air conditioning and heating units will be fitted as standard.

• Individual land line telephone / internet connection lines fitted
