All of the apartments are on one level apart from two maisonettes. They are accessed from the front via a pedestrian bridge over the shared swimming pool and from the rear direct from the car parking area.

All of the apartments are serviced by two stairwells which are connected on the top floor thus offering more than one escape route for emergencies. All of the apartments have sea views and balconies designed to maximise morning and afternoon sun.
